    Aaaaaaaand the fruits of my labour

    Bacon, egg and cheeseSo I pondered good and hard what to do with my newfound bagely treats and I’ve decided that THIS is it! When Jac and I got married and I moved down here, a good friend of mine who’s lived here for 14 years advised me that the best way to make a long term success of living in a 3rd world country is to make sure that if there is anything that you really REALLY miss about home, you should make sure you have it so that THIS feels like home. I decided that a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel from Hot Bagel on Montegue in Brooklyn Heights was one of them.

    So there you go, bacon, egg and cheese going down the hatch!

      Hey that sandwich looks pretty awesome. So, I was gonna post a picture back to you of “the fruit of Stephanie’s labor,” but I don’t know that it is possible on a “blog” so I give up. However, Hayley would have brought a guaranteed smile to your face just as the thought of Anton baking his own bagels and creating that delicious sandwich, brought to mine. Eat up – you’ll need it for hockey!
