Mmmmm… BAGELS!

I’m a bit of a bread fiend, which is sad since my wife is allergic to gluten. None the less, I have been on a mission to find good bagels in this country and yet… all I can find is Thomas’ at the super market and they are expensive! ($5 for a bag) So tonight I decided to tackle them myself and it’s late so I’ve decided to tell you all about it too.
They look and smell delicious however, I don’t think I could put one in me since I’m not even the slightest bit hungry. I guess they will have to wait till tomorrow… makes me wish I had cream cheese.
